L'Opel Speedster est Roadster avec toit targa commercialisée par Opel, la filiale allemande du groupe américain General Motors, . Son moteur de 2 198 cm3, placé en position centrale arrière développe 147 cv.
Elle était produite chez Lotus à Hethel, en Angleterre.
Basée sur le châssis aluminium collé de la Lotus Elise, son poids se maintient à 870 Kg.
